Driving the technical expertise accrued over past twenty years with our sister concern company Mahalaxmi High Tension Insulators Pvt Ltd which is currently engaged in manufacturing of LT Insulators to manufacture high quality Insulators. Our manufacturing plant is located at Bechraji Road, Mehsana, Gujarat with an installed production capacity of 1200 to 1500 Metric Tonnes per annum.

Infrastructure

Our plant has also undergoing extensive modernization to ensure our product meet the safety and life cycle requirements of utilites, industries and OEMs. We are equipped with the most advanced manufacturing techniques and machineries for manufacture of all kinds of Insulators such as Humidity Control Dryers and Automatic Computerised Kiln, etc.. In addition we have all required testing and inspection facilities and equipments such as four way Cantilever testing machine, Porosity testing machine, Pressure testing machine, Temp Cycle Testing Machine, Electrical Testing Machine, Ultrasonic, etc. in house for quality checking and new developments. Our endeavour is to manufacture all insulators with high aluminous body which is proven for its improved mechanical and electrical strength.This high operational efficiency and a long life cycle makes our product one of the most sought-after products in the industry.
